Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By registering an account or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

FCARD lets you create virtual Visa and Mastercard cards funded with cryptocurrency and spend the resulting balance anywhere those networks are accepted. FCARD is a technology platform. We are not a bank and do not provide banking, deposit-taking, lending or investment services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

4. Your account

You access the Service with a username and a password — no email address or identity documents are required. You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for all activity that occurs under your account. Because we hold no email or identity information, we cannot recover a lost password or restore access to an account whose credentials are lost. Keep them safe.

5. Deposits and balance — deposits are final

You fund your balance by sending supported cryptocurrencies to the deposit address shown in your dashboard. Crypto is converted into a spendable balance at the moment the deposit is confirmed on-chain.

6. Fees

Each card carries a one-time activation fee, shown to you before you confirm. Network, conversion and service fees may also apply and are deducted from your balance. As stated above, all fees are non-refundable.

7. Spending and limits

Cards are subject to the limits shown for your plan and to the rules of the Visa and Mastercard networks. A transaction may be declined if your balance is insufficient, a limit is reached, or a merchant or network rejects it. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, disputes between you and merchants.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, financing of illegal activity, or any transaction prohibited by the card networks or by applicable law. We may decline, suspend or reverse activity that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms or the law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, that we are required to act on under law or network rules, or that is being used abusively. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. No warranty and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FCARD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from network downtime, cryptocurrency price volatility, merchant declines, or your failure to keep your credentials safe.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
