Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains the limited information FCARD (“FCARD”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use our platform and virtual card service, and how we handle it. FCARD is built to be privacy-first: we ask for as little as possible.
1. Privacy by design
We deliberately do not require an email address, phone number, legal name or identity documents to open an account. You sign up with a username and a password — nothing more.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: your chosen username and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password in plain text.
- Balance and card data: your balance, your transactions and the virtual cards you create.
- Blockchain data: the public, on-chain details of deposits you send to your deposit address. Blockchain transactions are public by their nature.
- Technical data: the minimal session and security information needed to keep you signed in and to protect the Service from abuse.
3. What we do not collect
No email. No KYC. We do not ask for or store your email address, phone number, real name, home address or government ID, and we do not run identity (KYC) checks to open a standard account.
4. How we use information
We use the limited data above only to operate the Service: to authenticate you, maintain your balance and cards, process deposits and spending, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet obligations imposed on us by the card networks or by applicable law.
5. Cookies and sessions
We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in while you use your account. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with the card-issuing and payment partners strictly necessary to provide cards and process your transactions, and where we are legally required to do so.
7. Security
Passwords are hashed, sessions are protected and access to data is restricted. No system is ever perfectly secure, so you remain responsible for keeping your username and password safe — they are the only keys to your account.
8. Data retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the Service or to comply with our legal obligations.
9. Your choices
Because we hold so little about you, the main control you have is your account itself: you choose your username, you control your credentials, and you can stop using the Service at any time.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the update.
